Concept

Six-story mixed use building, Guadalajara is an office building with an open-plan ground floor (friendly with pedestrians and cyclists), housing boutiques and commercial services. In addition, it includes multipurpose hall on the top floor. The exterior of the building is composed of anodized aluminum vertical louvers, which serves as a parasol and saves energy.
